Fife Fire and Rescue Service are tackling a huge blaze at a scrap metal yard in Cupar. Appliances have been on the scene since around 10.20 and smoke can be seen from quite some distance away, some reports say it can be seen as far away as Dundee.

It is not yet clear what caused the blaze and we understood workers at nearby businesses were advised to evacuate their premises as a safety precaution.
